Every day as I trudge off to work I think that I should be on a beach somewhere with a cold drink and some sun tan lotion on me. I have been working since I was 12 years old and I am ready to take it easy for a while. I want to find a deserted beach somewhere warm and spend my time looking at some nice hard bodies and drinking. Maybe not the best of plans for retirement but to each his own. Oh did I say the guy I would be looking at would be my husband? What I would be drinking would be tea too, did I remember to add that?

A whole lot of people will be getting to hear some very good music this week in the Nashville Tennessee area. Both the CMA festival and Bonnaroo will be held this week. I will not be able to attend either and wish that I could get to see some of the acts that will be playing this week. I may try and go to some of the free shows downtown this week and see some shows that way the shows at the LP Field will be crowded and late at night so I will pass, I guess I am getting grumpy in my old age and I do not want to be around huge crowds anytime at all.

It is with a sigh of relief that we give up our newspaper delivery business, we have lost so much money the last few months that it is crazy. I am not sure what we will be doing now but it has to be better than getting up at 2 am 7 days a week, that is one part of the job that I will not miss at all. The people for the most part are good folks and they will be missed, of course there are a few I would not pee on if they were on fire and they will not be missed.
