One of the best things about having the Tennessee Titans train here in Nashville is they allow the public to attend most of the practices at Baptist Sports Park. I have gone as much as having a full time job will allow and it is a very fun place to take my six year old grandson. David loves the football players and has been to a few games but I think the most fun he has is when he goes to one of the practices there is so much activity it boggles the mind.

In August, every year before school starts back in session, we take a huge family vacation, mainly to let the kids have some fun before school starts. This year we are loading up and heading south to Rocky Point Mexico, this has been a vacation spot that I have wanted to go to since I was in school, many years ago.

This Rocky Point vacation is going to be one that we remember for a long time. My brother in Oakland has started a new addition to his fine home. I will be going out there to help him finish up with the yard in a couple of weeks. Every year we make a trip to Chicago to see the Chicago Cubs play my team the St Louis Cards, and this year we are going to do something very different. We are going to watch the game from the Wrigley Field Rooftop Club, it is located right outside the walls of Wrigley Field and the view is great. Cubs roof top games are fun and exciting, I can not wait to see my first game from the roof top outside of Wrigley Field, I have been inside Wrigley Field for games, and that is very exciting in its own right, but watching a game from the roof top is going to be a blast.

Wrigley Field Rooftop Club is located right down the right field line and only 454 feet from home plate, it is closer than any of the other rooftops that have seats at Wrigley Field. What is more amazing is that it is closer than some of the seats inside the stadium. This trip is going to be so much fun I can not wait for my Cardinals to beat the Cubs and I will be right there to enjoy it.

The food they offer on the rooftop is fantastic and that is going to add to the party. Good food, beer and most of all great baseball. This is going to be my kinda trip. Next year we might bring a big group to enjoy this view with us.
