The traffic today was horrible on my way home tonight I saw five accidents just in the twenty two miles that I traveled. Out of the five wrecks that I saw, four of them included red cars. I have written before about the link between bad drivers and red cars, I feel that as soon as you sit in a red car your IQ drops twenty-five points, add in using a cell phone and a wreck is sure to happen. Drive safely and do not buy red cars.

As it has been many, many years since I was in college, and I remember that student loans were the main reason I was able to go to college and I really appreciate the fact that student loans were there to help me. Now that my own children are getting ready to start their college experience I am so very glad there is still a great student loan program for them to use when they are ready to start school.

I just love having so much information at the tips of my fingers when ever I want or need it. I find it interesting that so many people have a real fear of Friday the 13th, some people will not even leave their home on that day! I’ve been thinking about hiring a pay-per-click service to assist me with promoting my web page. To be perfectly honest, I have some reservations about signing up with a company like that from the standpoint of a blogger because my blog probably doesn’t have as high of a reader following for anyone to click on a link and make me any money. But what the heck I’m curious and maybe I’ll gain something from the experience.

I asked my friend to give him my opinion of the company that I was considering using, so he agreed to look at their website. First he went to their Home page and scanned their readership. He found a few spelling and grammatical mistakes that kinda jumped out at him and smacked him in his perfectionist brain that he is known for having.

He then went to their Advertiser page, and saw some errors there too. He didn’t even bother going to the Publisher page because at that point he had located their “Contact us with Live Chat” link and promptly contacted them to let them know about the issues so that they could fix them. I mean really if they are going to appeal to their customers, they really should have a much better written website.

So I think that I will hold off just a bit and keep doing some research, not that I know a bit more about the whole process. It’s not like my blog is going anywhere anytime soon and Christmas is right around the corner sneaking up on us, actually 2 more weeks til D Day.

My gypsy mother is on the move again, she is selling her beach home and moving to New York City to be near her sister. I know she is having fun in her retirement and I am glad she is happy. I know searching for Manhattan real estate can be a nightmare. She will need the very best agent in the city to help her on this journey.

The agent she is using, Prudential Douglas Elliman is New York’s Largest Real Estate Company, and have 60 offices in the New York area. I have faith that they will be able to assist my mother in her new home search. 1 out of every 5 household does business with Prudential and I am happy to have that level of service for my mom.

Just got a disturbing phone call from my sister in Oklahoma, they have put my 93 year old grandmother in a nursing home, the aunt that has been taking care of her now has decided to sell her house and what little land she has, I am sure that money will disappear like much of the money my grandmother had has vanished. We are going to try and get out there to see grandma as soon as we can. I hate to get bad news on the phone it is very depressing, not to mention right before Christmas.

In our delivery business we have one very significant problem, we deliver newspapers at night, so finding addresses that are not well marked is a huge problem. In some of the neighborhoods we deliver into this problem haunts us nightly.

I have always had a thing for Mindy McCreedy, she is always in trouble and I guess it is a pity thing more than anything else. Her latest trouble mark that more than ever before. I think that I would have a problem with wearing any type of uniform to work, but I do see some of the advantages of having to wear one. Yes you do have to purchase these clothing items, so there is that cost right up front that can prove to be a challenge. Not being able to pull anything out of your closet would hurt me big time. But they have come a long way with today’s medical uniforms that are out there for the huge number of folks that are all ready in the medical field and for the steadily increasing and ever growing amount of people that are entering into this very stable and ever needed profession.
