With Fan Fair over it seems we made it through the week with no stars losing their minds and creating havoc in the city. Every since I moved here in 1999 it seems that the week of Fan Fair one music star or another has gotten in trouble while here in the city for the celebration. Along with the football players in town for the summer camps the music stars keep our police hopping.
This year the family will be visiting with relatives in New Jersey, in July, we will be traveling there July 7th and 8th for a week. To keep the kids interested in this long trip we started looking for things to do in New Jersey. What we found was amazing, we found was Magic Mondays - Radio Disney’s hottest musical artists will appear live on Morey’s Piers. These FREE concerts will take place at the Radio Disney stage next to the Giant Ferris Wheel on Morey’s Mariner’s Landing pier. With show times are scheduled for 1 pm and 4 pm it fits any schedule.
The kids will love this free show and there is so much to do at Morey’s Pier, now all we need to do is find the best of the Jersey Shore hotels and get ready to have a load of fun and play in the water at the Pier. The free tickets to the concerts added to the great admission price of $10 to get into the water park is very exciting to us.
The kids have never been to the Jersey shore and this year will be perfect, they are good ages to be on the beach and They are old enough that their mother and I can have a little time together too. The perfect family vacation. We can not wait to visit the Pier and see the Free Disney Concert, it will be the trip of a lifetime.
I have always had a thing for Mindy McCreedy, she is always in trouble and I guess it is a pity thing more than anything else. Her latest trouble mark that more than ever before. She is trying so hard to keep her name in print and on the air waves that she will do anything to stay in the public eye, and that is simply pitiful a feel sorry for her more than anything. She needs to find a life and get out of the public life she is not made for the grind.
If Amy Winehouse does not get her life in order she will slide from the radar faster than a stealth jet under fire. I am one of these people who grow more and more tired of the lame act that the celebrities keep putting us through. One gets arrested this last weekend for carrying a loaded gun in his carry on luggage and can only say I forgot. They deserve to go to jail and I hope some judge finally gets tired of the lame act and sens a star to jail for a long time.
The local hockey team is making a run for the playoffs and I have been to a few games this year. I love going to the Nashville Predators games the arena is loud and a lot of fun. Every once in a while celebrities sit in our section the mayor of Nashville is a regular guest, Gary Allen the country singer sat right next to us a few games ago, Jeff Fisher coach of the Titans was in the section right next to our recently, makes for a fun night when the stars are out.
