Sail away

Today would be perfect to be on the lake in a sail boat. Only one problem we do not have a sail boat. I would love to have a nice sail boat but that would mean that I would need to learn to sail a boat and at my age I am not sure if learning a new skill craft would be very smart. I mean when you hit 50 you should be forgetting stuff not learning new crafts. In a more serious not I would love to learn to sail a boat I think it would be a lot of fun and something that is on my bucket list.

Outdoor gear

Over the years I have bought a lot of outdoor gear from a lot of different sources. This year for Christmas I received almost the perfect gift from my wife, the Wiley X Glasses that I got as one of my great Christmas gifts were the perfect glasses for hunting or any other outdoor sport that I tackle this year. I found out that she found these great glasses at the Brigade QM web site and after checking this web site out I know that I have done my last search for a web site to purchase outdoor gear. I have found the last place I will ever have to look for outdoor gear and Brigade QM is that web site.

At Brigade QM they have everything you could need from hunting clothes to the camping gear you would need to go on your hunting trip. We go to some pretty sever outdoor hunting sites and the gear from Brigade QM is up for the tough trips that we go on each year. I can not wait for it to warm up so we can go camping again this spring, it will be a much more comfortable trip with the new gear we will get from Brigade QM this year.

New gear

A brand new military jacket has been on my shopping list this year, and this was a gift for me to wear when I play paint ball, and what i found was a great 5.11 Jacket and I got it ordered for me and it will be here very soon. I have found myself looking more and more for gifts for myself this year, I think it will be slim pickings for everyone except the kids this year.

LA Police Gear has a great web site filled with very useful military gear, that will be very useful in my paint ball gaming this year.

Sights on Deer

Deer are running around all over the place this time of year. We have to be very careful while driving at night to watch for the shining eyes along side the road in case there are a couple deer grazing and might get spooked by the car. Of course, when you want to find them they make themselves scarce. There are a few favorite spots that I’ll go deer hunting south of here. I don’t use a tree stand, I just walk and look for signs. This year I’d like to take a nice pair of binoculars with me.
