David’s birthday

Today is my oldest grandsons birthday and I wanted to wish David a very happy birthday. We did some serious shopping to find the birthday gifts that we got for him. He loves Spiderman so we got him a Spiderman jacket to wear this fall it is not heavy enough for winter but will work perfect for fall and spring. He also loves movies about trucks so we got him season one of the Ice Road Truckers on DVD. That is one of the few shows that I stop what I am doing to watch every week. Now we are waiting for the third season next year. Just wanted to wish you a happy birthday David from PaPa and Reen.

New furniture

With my birthday coming up we have decided to redecorate the home office that we share and get some new bedroom furniture for our home. It also looks like my sister in law may be coming to live with us in the next couple of months along with her youngest daughter, so we need to get ready for that if it happens. New Bank

One of my things on my to do list for this week is to find a new bank; one closer to the house and to the business. The bank we have been dealing with is just too far away from home to make it very convenient to do our banking. With gasoline so high, a 25 mile trip to the bank 3-4 times a week is not very cost efficient, and we need a bank that is closer to where we live and do business. I hate to spend my time in a bank doing business – it is time I will never get back and it serves almost no purpose at all, to anyone except the bank itself.
