Moms New Face

You can imagine how surprised I was when on a recent trip back to Oklahoma to see my mom, I discovered that she had some plastic surgery done on her face and it has completely changed the entire way she looked. Cosmetic Surgery was never spoken about around our home, I do not think as I was growing up that I had known any one family member or family friends who had plastic surgery done. Now days it is the norm rather than the oddity.

I must say that my mom looks twenty years younger and I know she feels twenty years younger. I think it has changed her life for the better getting cosmetic surgery done. More and more people are getting cosmetic surgery done everyday and the results are fantastic. Not only movie stars and rock and roll singers but normal everyday people.

Make Yourself Amazing is the great website my mom has used to get her cosmetic surgery and I think they have a very nice website with lots of information and assistance for people looking to improve themselves. Now the wife is talking about getting some minor cosmetic surgery done. I don’t think she looks a day older than the day I met her so many years ago, but she doesn’t see it that way I guess.

 

The Cliff Stevenson Group

The wife and I have mixed feelings about our eldest daughter, Marie, looking for houses for sale in Calgary, which is in Canada, and is well over a 40 hour drive from here. We are excited about her finding such a wonderful opportunity in her field and we always knew that she would land some where far from home, but there is just no way to really prepare for something like this when the time finally comes.

The Cliff Stevenson Group has been a great help with their Calgary MLS listings. The wife has taken quite an interest in helping Marie with her search for the perfect home in a place that none of us know anything about. My guess is that it is making her feel like she still has some control out of the whole deal. After a while all the real estate websites start looking alike, but theirs keeps them coming back, so they must be doing something right in order to keep the two most important females in my life content. A super friendly website can make a big difference for a company, no matter what type of business it is trying promote.

I’ll continue to let them do the legwork and then I’ll step in, if needed. But they have assured me that they have it well under control for now and that the task of figuring out the packing and the moving will be assigned to me when the date gets a little closer. So far we are looking at September, but it could change at any moment, so maybe I should thinking and start doing a bit of research with movers that will travel into Canada.

Accessories For Cigars Online

Thought of visiting my father for the longest time, considering I hadn’t seen him since I graduated from College a few years back. I kept catching life’s curve balls and had major financial problems hitting me every time I turned around, so it was very difficult to plan and afford the travel, plus rent while I was out of town visiting my dad.

After such a long time of saving every penny that I possible could, I could finally go! Knowing my fathers biggest habit of smoking cigars, I decided to search the net to find a gift I could bring or have sent to him, and came across a site that offers cigar accessories. I was so thrilled to find a site that offered great accessories at such decent prices. I found a few things that I thought he would absolutely like, and placed my online order in no time flat.

Not long after I had gotten a phone call from my dad, telling me he had a few packages on his doorstep, and was so excited. He waited for me to get there to open the boxes, and when I arrived, it didn’t take him a second longer after I had stepped into the door, to grab the boxes, along with his box cutters and open them with such excitement.

He was totally thrilled and seemed so happy to have his new cigar accessories, and both of us enjoyed our time together. I’m glad I could get him gifts that he actually uses time and time again. Since I won’t be there on Father’s Day, I was glad to see him and spend some good quality time, Mother Nature was on our side, which certainly helped.

Nurses Uniforms Scrubs

I think that I would have a problem with wearing any type of uniform to work, but I do see some of the advantages of having to wear one. Yes you do have to purchase these clothing items, so there is that cost right up front that can prove to be a challenge. Not being able to pull anything out of your closet would hurt me big time. But they have come a long way with today’s medical uniforms that are out there for the huge number of folks that are all ready in the medical field and for the steadily increasing and ever growing amount of people that are entering into this very stable and ever needed profession.

I have found a few sites online that have some nice looking clearance nurses uniforms scrubs that I think would look cute on my kid sister. I’ve sent my findings over to my other sisters and have been waiting for a response to see if they want to go in on some of these clothes with me to give to her for her birthday in the first part of July.

I might have to just break down and call them and see what I can get out of them on the phone, but if I do that I have to know that I will have several hours that nothing will need my attention. You get me and any of my sisters on the phone and you can count on us talking for at least 45 minutes and many times much more than that. And I have 3 sisters that I have to call!!!

Kitchen Wall Spice Racks

I’ve decided to go ahead with my first plan of buying my mother a spice rack for Mother’s Day which will be here real soon. Her old wall spice rack fell and broke into a million pieces a few months ago, what a mess that was! Now I don’t proclaim to know a whole heck of a lot about spice racks, but I’ve been taking a bit of time and looking around online and I’ve seen a few kitchen spice racks that I think she would welcome into her kitchen.

My mother is one of the best cooks around and she really depends on her spices. I’m not sure why she hasn’t replaced the broken one, except that maybe she knew it would be a good gift idea for someone to get for her on the numerous gift giving occasions, much like I plan to do for Mother’s Day. My mother is a hard one to buy presents for, so this is the perfect opportunity for me to get her something that she really needs and hopefully will use for a very, very long time to come.
